SKIL 10-Inch Dual-Bevel Sliding Miter Saw
The SKIL 10-inch dual-bevel sliding miter saw combines a powerful 15-amp motor with a sliding design for accurate crosscuts, bevel cuts, and compound cuts. The motor reaches 4,800 RPM, while the lightweight body and built-in carrying handle make transport more convenient.
Powerful Cutting Capacity
The saw can crosscut lumber up to 2×12 at 90 degrees and 2×8 at 45 degrees. Tall sliding fences support up to 4-1/2-inch base molding vertically and 6-1/4-inch crown molding vertically nested.
Secure the material with the quick work clamp, align the cut line, and allow the blade to reach full speed before cutting. Keep hands outside the marked safety zone.
Dual-Bevel and Miter Adjustments
Dual-bevel capability supports positive stops at 48 and 45 degrees left, 0 degrees, and 45 degrees right. The stainless-steel miter plate provides 11 positive-stop positions and allows cuts up to 50 degrees left or right.
Check the bevel, miter, fence, and clamp settings before each cut. Disconnect power before changing the blade or making adjustments.
LED Shadow Line
The LED Shadow Line projects a clear reference along the cut line to help improve precision. A cam miter lock knob supports repeatable setup and easy adjustments for consistent results.
Wear eye and hearing protection, keep the work area clear, and wait for the blade to stop before raising it from the material.
